Three IAS Officers Transferred from Delhi to Jammu Kashmir  | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: The Centre has transferred three IAS officers of the AGMUT cadre from Delhi to Jammu and Kashmir with immediate effect, an official order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs said on Tuesday.

Vivek Agarwal, Asha Choudhary Malhotra and Vikas Ahlawat have been posted to the Union Territory, according to the notification signed by Under Secretary Rakesh Kumar Singh.

The order, issued with the approval of the competent authority, said the postings will remain in force until further orders.

Four other IAS officers have also been moved — Rajeeva Shukla and Anoop Thakur to Puducherry, Saumyaketu Mishra to Mizoram, and D Karthikeyan to Chandigarh.

All seven officers were previously serving in Delhi. (KNS)
