Eligibility Criteria of SKUAST Kashmir Vacancies

Educational qualification and desirable experience details are given below.

Educational Qualification: M.Sc. Biotechnology, Molecular Biology or Bioinformatics or equivalent with at least 60 percent marks in the qualifying examination. Candidates must have qualified NET or GATE examination.

Desirable Qualification: Candidates having prior experience in qRT-PCR, cloning, genome editing or CRISPR-Cas, cell or tissue culture, in-vitro propagation, transcriptomics, western blotting and bioinformatics analysis including NGS data handling will be preferred.

Salary Details

Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Monthly emoluments will be provided as per funding agency norms.
