Eligibility Criteria of BSNL Senior Executive Trainee Vacancies

Educational Qualification:

Telecom Stream:

• Bachelor of Engineering or B.Tech degree (full-time regular) with minimum 60% marks in:
  Electronics & Telecommunication
  Electronics
  Computer Science
  Information Technology
  Electrical
  Instrumentation
  Or equivalent combinations.

Finance Stream:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
  OR
• Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 30 Years

Age Relaxation:

• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
• SC / ST: 5 Years
• PwBD (General/EWS/OBC-CL): 10 Years
• PwBD (OBC-NCL): 13 Years
• PwBD (SC/ST): 15 Years

Application Fees

Selection Process of BSNL SET Recruitment 2026

The selection process includes the following stages:

• Computer Based Test (CBT) with objective type questions
• Document Verification of shortlisted candidates

The CBT will consist of two parts including Aptitude and Technical sections.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will be recruited in the IDA Pay Scale [E-3] of:

₹24,900 – ₹50,500

• During one-year training period, candidates will receive stipend.
• After successful training, candidates will be designated as Senior Executive.
• After three years of service, candidates may become eligible for promotion to Assistant General Manager as per rules.
