B.E./B.Tech./B.S. and M.E./M.Tech./M.S. or Integrated M.Tech. in relevant branch with first class or equivalent in any one of the degrees. Ph.D degree awarded as per UGC Regulations 2009/2016 and amendments from time to time.
OR
Ph.D acquired directly after B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline from recognized university or institutes of national importance such as IITs, IISc, NITs etc.
OR
Ph.D from foreign university ranked among top 500 in QS, THE or ARWU rankings.
The selected candidates will receive an emolument of Rs. 50,000 per month.
The engagement is initially for the year 2026 ending on 31 December 2026 or till the post is filled on substantive basis, whichever is earlier.
The tenure may be extended on the basis of annual performance appraisal, student feedback, departmental requirement and other related parameters.
The selection of candidates will be based on performance in the interview.
The department will first scrutinize the credentials of applicants before the interview process.
