Eligibility Criteria of IIM Jammu Faculty Vacancies

Post	Educational Qualification & Experience
Professor	Ph.D. in relevant branch with minimum 10 years post-Ph.D. experience including 4 years as Associate Professor level. Strong research and consulting credentials required.
Associate Professor	Ph.D. in relevant branch with minimum 6 years post-Ph.D. experience including 3 years as Assistant Professor level.
Assistant Professor Grade-I	Ph.D. in relevant branch with minimum 3 years post-Ph.D. teaching/research/industry experience.
Assistant Professor Grade-II (Level 11)	Ph.D. in relevant branch with more than 1 year post-Ph.D. experience.
Assistant Professor Grade-II (Level 10)	Fresh Ph.D. candidates can apply. Candidates who have completed viva voce with provisional Ph.D. award are also eligible.
Professor of Practice	Minimum 20 years of industry or government experience with at least 5 years in senior position. Ph.D. desirable but not mandatory.
Associate Professor of Practice	Minimum 20 years of industry or government experience. Ph.D. desirable but not mandatory.

The selected candidates will also receive allowances and benefits as per IIM Jammu rules including DA, HRA, LTC, Medical Allowance, NPS, research incentives and conference support.

Selection Process

Eligible candidates will undergo screening, research seminar and interview process as decided by the institute. The institute may shortlist candidates based on qualification, experience and research profile.
