Two Injured in Accident on SSG Road

SRINAGAR: Two persons sustained injuries in a road accident on Wednesday evening near the truck yard on SSG Road in Sonamarg.

Official sources said the accident occurred this evening when a truck collided with a Sumo vehicle.

The injured were identified as residents of Chokibal Kupwara and Kralpora Kupwara, they said. Both the injured were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for specialised treatment.

Cognisance of the incident has been taken, and further investigation has been initiated. (KNC)
