UIET Jammu B.Tech Admission 2026 Open For CSE, Civil And ECE Programmes

University Institute of Engineering and Technology (UIET), Kathua Campus, University of Jammu has invited online applications for admission to B.Tech programmes for the academic session 2026-27.

Admissions will be conducted on the basis of JEE Main 2026 merit. The institute is offering B.Tech programmes in Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering with 60 seats in each stream.

Selection Criteria

Admission to B.Tech programmes will be based on the following criteria:

• JEE Main 2026 Score
• CUET (UG) 2026 Score
• 10+2 Merit if seats remain vacant

For CUET based admissions, seat allocation will be based on the composite score of Physics/Computer Science and Mathematics.

Reservation Policy

80% seats are reserved for candidates belonging to schools within the jurisdiction of University of Jammu.

20% seats are open to candidates from other regions of the UT and the country.

Vacant seats from the 80% quota may be offered to candidates from other regions if required.

How to Apply for UIET Jammu B.Tech Admission 2026

Candidates need to download the application form from the official website and fill it carefully.

Applicants have to pay the application fee through online or offline mode in the specified bank account.

After filling the form, candidates must create a single PDF file containing the application form, payment proof and required documents.

The PDF file should be submitted through Email at uietkc@jammuuniversity.ac.in.

Applications submitted through any other mode will not be accepted.
