
Srinagar, May 26: Society for Education Empowerment Trehgam (SEET) organised a grand felicitation programme in Trehgam to recognise outstanding achievers and encourage youth towards education, leadership and social responsibility.
The event witnessed participation of over 300 people from different walks of life and marked a celebration of achievement, education and community motivation.
During the programme, around 30 individuals were felicitated for their exceptional accomplishments in various fields, including qualifying prestigious national-level examinations.
The awardees were honoured for their dedication, perseverance and success.
The event was attended by Deputy Superintendent of Police Headquarters Kupwara, Tehsildar Trehgam, Treasury Officer and noted academician Manzoor Ahmad Mir, besides other officers, educators, social workers and members of civil society.
Addressing the gathering, the speakers appreciated SEET’s efforts in creating a positive and motivating platform for youth. They said recognising talent and hard work helps build confidence among young people and encourages them to contribute meaningfully to society.
The speakers also highlighted the importance of honesty, discipline, dedication and community service in shaping responsible future leaders.
SEET organisers said the platform aims to inspire, encourage and recognise the talent and potential of youth through awareness programmes, recognition initiatives and community-driven activities.
They said empowering young people through encouragement and opportunities is essential for building a progressive and prosperous society.
