PDP spokesperson Mohit Bhan has taken to task his NC counterpart Imran Nabi Dar for what he called misrepresenting facts about the RS polls in J&K in October last year.
In a strong rebuttal to NC spokesmans charge that PDP did not appoint election agent during the Rajya Sabha polls in J&K in October, 2025, Bhan reminded him that PDP had not contested the election and there wad no question of appointing election agent.
Bhan posted on X, “PDP didn’t even field a candidate. Agents are appointed by candidates, not parties. We have 4 MLAs, and since none of ours contested, appointing agents isn’t our mandate.
Your own president thanked PDP for the votes, yet your party keeps attacking pdp at every turn. Your candidate lost by 14 votes and same @ImranNDar was going door-to-door to PDP members seeking entry in party.
Maybe show some gratitude we didn’t even field him from Kulgam in the Assembly @JKNC_”
