HURL Invites Online Applications For 108 Engineer, Manager And Junior Engineer Assistant Posts

Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL) has released an official notification for 108 posts in executive and non-unionised supervisor cadres. These include roles such as Engineer, Senior Engineer, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Manager, Senior Manager, Additional Chief Manager and Junior Engineer Assistant Grade II in disciplines including Production/Operations, Offsite & Utilities, Ammonia, Urea, Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, Contracts & Materials, Finance & Legal etc. The online application process began on July 22, 2025.

As mentioned in the official notification E/02/2025, the upper age limit ranges from 30 to 44 years depending on the post, with age relaxation applicable as per government norms. The salary ranges from approximately ₹8.2 LPA for Junior Engineer Assistants to ₹34.1 LPA for Additional Chief Manager posts. Selection will be based on interview, group discussion, written test or skill test as applicable.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:
Candidates applying for executive posts must have full-time Engineering Degree (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or related fields) or MBA/PG Diploma in Materials Management with at least 60% marks. For Junior Engineer Assistant posts, candidates must possess a 3-year full-time Diploma or B.Sc. with PCM for Chemical posts, with at least 50% marks.

Age Limit:
The age limits are as follows: Engineer/Officer and Jr. Engineer Assistant – 30 years, Sr. Engineer – 32 years, Assistant Manager – 35 years, Deputy Manager – 37 years, Manager – 40 years, Sr. Manager – 42 years, and Additional Chief Manager – 44 years. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules.

Other Requirements:
Experience requirements vary by post, ranging from 2 to 16 years. All qualifications must be from recognised institutions as per UGC/AICTE norms.

Selection Process:
The selection of candidates will be on the basis of personal interview, group discussion, written or skill test depending on the post applied for. For Junior Engineer Assistant posts, selection may include a computer-based test and/or skill test.
