
SRINAGAR: Several legislators, delegations and individuals met Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Friday, raising a range of issues for redressal.
Former minister and legislator Abdul Majid Wani, along with former legislator Chaman Lal from Ramban, highlighted key concerns related to their respective constituencies.
A delegation of the Indian Institute of Architects, JK Chapter, led by Chairman Vikas Dubey, apprised the Chief Minister of issues stemming from recent amendments to the Unified Building Bye-Laws.
Another delegation led by Jammu University Teachers Association (JUTA) President Prof Ravinder Singh raised matters concerning the teaching community.
In addition, several individuals also met the Chief Minister and sought resolution of their grievances.
The Chief Minister heard all representations and assured that genuine issues would be addressed on priority within a time-bound framework.
