China steps into Middle East conflict , says ready for development and security of Gulf States.
Chinese President Xi Jinping on proposed a four- point peace plan during his meeting with Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, crown prince of Abu Dhabi, UAE in Beijing on Tuesday.
The four point plan is :
- Commitment to the principle of co-existence of the Gulf States, as they are close neighbours.
- commitment to the principle of national sovereignty and it must not be violated.
- commitment to
the international law as per UN charter - Balanced approach to development and security. China stands ready to share with the Gulf countries the opportunities through Chinese modernisation, and work with them to nurture a fertile ground for regional development and security
