IOCL Apprentice 2025 Apply Online For 475 Trade, Technician And Graduate Apprentices Posts

Indian Oil Corporation Limited has released its official notification for engagement of apprentices under the Apprentices Act 1961. A total of 475 vacancies are open across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli. The posts include Technician, Graduate and Trade Apprentices in technical and non technical streams.

According to the notification issued under advertisement number IOCL/MKTG/WR/APPR/2025-26, the maximum age limit varies post wise and candidates must possess ITI, Diploma or Graduation in the relevant discipline. Selected apprentices will receive training with a consolidated stipend as per rules. The selection will be through written test followed by document verification and medical test.

Eligible candidates can submit their applications through the apprenticeship portals from 16 August 2025. The last date to apply online is 15 September 2025. Interested applicants must ensure that they meet the required qualifications before applying.

The registration process for IOCL apprentice engagement will begin from 16 August 2025. The notification was released on 16 August 2025 and the last date to apply online is 15 September 2025. Dates of document verification will be communicated on the registered email ID.

Vacancy Details:
This drive aims to fill 475 vacancies of Trade Apprentice, Technician Apprentice, Graduate Apprentice and Trade Apprentice Data Entry Operator.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates applying for Trade Apprentice must have matric with a full time two year ITI in the relevant trade recognized by NCVT or SCVT. For Technician Apprentice a three year diploma in engineering discipline with minimum 50 percent marks for General, EWS and OBC candidates and 45 percent for SC, ST and PwBD is required. Graduate Apprentice positions require a full time graduation in BA, BCom, BSc or BBA with 50 percent marks for General, EWS and OBC and 45 percent for SC, ST and PwBD. Trade Apprentice Data Entry Operator requires 12th pass with skill certificate of Domestic Data Entry Operator issued under NSQF or equivalent authority. The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum is post specific as per rules.

How to Apply:
Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria should register themselves as apprentices on the relevant apprenticeship portals and then apply against IOCL Marketing Division Western Region.
