22 injured as bus skids off road in Reasi

Jammu, Aug 11: At least 22 bus passengers were injured when their vehicle skidded off the road and fell into a drain near Sula in the Reasi district, police said.

Police officials said that the injured were immediately shifted to Reasi District Hospital, where they are under treatment.

As per the police, those injured include Bishan Kumar, Pushpa Devi, Kashy Devi, Sunker Devi, Puran Sharma, Tittar Devi, Viraat Chaudhary, Puja Devi, Kayli Devi, Kaloshoo Devi, Shakti Devi, Uttam Kumar, Sunaina, Inder Singh, Chain Singh, Ojaswi Mehta, and Chankar Singh.

Police are further said to have taken up necessary legal proceedings and pressed an investigation into the incident.
