DSEJ Orders Change of School Timings in Summer Zone | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: The Directorate of School Education Jammu has ordered a uniform change in school timings across the Summer Zone of Jammu Division, directing all government and recognized private schools up to the Higher Secondary level to function from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

According to Order No. 155-DSEJ of 2026 issued on April 28, the revised schedule will come into effect from May 1 and remain in force until September 30, 2026.

The directive applies to all districts falling under the Summer Zone of Jammu Division.
