Final Merit list of AWWs Barnoti

Whereas vide this Office Advertisement Notice No : 01 of 2026 dated 01.01.2026, applications were invited from eligible female candidates against 13 vacant posts of Sanginis ( AWWs ) of Poshan Project Barnoti;

Whereas 80 candidates have applied against the 13 available Vacant advertised posts of sanginis ( AWWs ) in Poshan Project Barnoti;

Whereas the merit and other necessary particulars of all the candidates who have applied vide above referred advertisement notification have been scrutinized /checked by the committee constituted vide Govt. Order No : 103- JK ( SWD ) of 2023 dated : 28-04-2023 and Govt. order No 222-JK ( SWD ) of 2022 dated : 30-11-2022;

Whereas vide this office Notification No : 05 of 2026 dated 28.03.2026 the Provisional/ Tentative merit list and provisional /Tentative Select list regarding engagement of Sanginis was published in Punjab Kesri dated 31-03-2026 and State Times dated 01-04-2026, besides displaying on conspicuous spot at Tehsil/Block/Panchayat Buildings/ Anganwadi Centre Buildings etc for wide publicity;

Whereas the provisional Merit list and Provisional Select list were issued with certain riders/observations put against the candidatures of 05 candidates by the Selection Committee. However none of them submitted the requisite documents resulting in dropping of their respective candidature from the list ;

Whereas after the expiry of 10 days(prescribed time frame) from the date of publication of this notification No.05 of 2026 dated 28-03-2026 in Punjab Kesri dated 31-03-2026 and State Times dated 01-04-2026, one grievance(s)/objection(s) was received and accordingly disposed off by the above mentioned selection committee in its meeting held on 17-04-2026;

Therefore in view of the above and as per the procedure laid in the above referred Govt. Orders, merit list of 75 candidates and select list of 13 candidates as Annexure-A1 and Annexure-B1 respectively is hereby notified and published for the Information of general public and all concerned.

Further Grievance(s)/Objection(s) (if any), the appeal in this regard shall lie before Deputy Commissioner Kathua under clause XI of HRM Policy reffered above within 10 days from the date of issuance of this notification/list. No grievance(s)/Objection(s) of any kind shall be entertained after ten days from the date of issuance of this notification/list and the selection shall thereafter be considered as final.
