Eligibility Criteria of MANUU Teaching Vacancies 2026

Post	Educational Qualification	Age Limit
Professor	Postgraduate degree with 55%, Ph.D., required experience and publications as per UGC norms	65 years
Associate Professor	Master’s degree with 55%, Ph.D., minimum 8 years teaching or research experience	65 years
Assistant Professor	Master’s degree with 55% and NET or Ph.D. as per UGC norms	65 years
Lecturer (Polytechnic)	B.E./B.Tech or Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in relevant discipline as per AICTE norms	65 years

Knowledge of Urdu is mandatory for all teaching posts as per the University Act. Relaxation is applicable for SC and ST candidates as mentioned in the notification.
