Himalayan Automobiles launches All-New Tata Sierra in Kashmir

Srinagar, Dec 20: Himalayan Automobiles Pvt Ltd, an authorised dealer of Tata Motors, on Saturday unveiled the all-new Tata Sierra in Kashmir, marking the return of one of India’s most iconic SUVs in a modern and premium avatar.

The Tata Sierra has been launched at an introductory price of Rs 11.49 lakh (ex-showroom).

The launch ceremony was held in the presence of Chief Guest RTO Kashmir Qazi Irfan, Managing Director Bashir Ahmad Beigh, Junaid Bashir Beigh and Jibran Gul Beigh. Also present on the occasion were General Manager Irfan Javaid, General Manager Services Nadeem Bakshi, Sales Manager and CXM Irshad Ahmad Mir, and Marketing Manager Arif Masoodi.

Blending legacy with contemporary design, the new Tata Sierra is positioned as “Premium by Legacy, Modern by Design”. The SUV offers a wide range of powertrain options, including a naturally aspirated petrol engine, a power-packed TGDi petrol engine and a diesel variant, catering to diverse customer preferences. It also comes with two automatic transmission options — Automatic Transmission (AT) and Dual-Clutch Automatic (DCA) — enhancing driving comfort and convenience.

Speaking at the event, representatives of Himalayan Automobiles expressed confidence that the Tata Sierra would not only meet but exceed customer expectations. They said the model would further strengthen the long-standing bond of trust that Tata Motors has built with customers over the decades, particularly in the Kashmir region.

The new Tata Sierra is now available for customers at Himalayan Automobiles showrooms across the Valley.
