District Budgam to host Athletics Championship 2025

Budgam, Dec 14: The District Budgam Athletics Championship 2025 will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at the Sports Stadium Budgam. The championship, as per a statement issued on Sunday, will feature competitions for boys and girls across multiple age groups, including the Under-14, Under-16, Under-18, Under-20, and Open categories.

The event is being organised by the District Budgam Athletics Association under the aegis of the J&K Amateur Athletics Association, in collaboration with the Jammu & Kashmir Sports Council. The championship, as per the statement, will also carry the message of “Say No to Drugs”, aiming to promote a healthy and disciplined lifestyle among youth through sports.
