25+ AIADMK MLAs Move To Puducherry To Push For TVK Alliance

Tamil Nadu is witnessing a massive political earthquake as “Resort Politics” returns with a vengeance. Over 25 rebel AIADMK MLAs, led by heavyweights CV Shanmugam and SP Velumani, have moved to the RKN Beach Resort in Puducherry to pressure Edappadi K. Palaniswami into allying with Thalapathy Vijay’s TVK. With TVK holding 108 seats- just 10 short of a majority- the AIADMK rebels are demanding cabinet berths and a Deputy CM post in exchange for support. As the deadlock continues, the rebels have even threatened to look toward the DMK. Is this the end of the EPS era?
