Stellantis India on Wednesday inaugurated a new Stellantis Brand House (SBH) in Srinagar, marking a significant expansion of its retail footprint in Jammu and Kashmir. Set up in partnership with ARSH Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., the facility integrates Jeep and Citroën under one roof, offering full-scale sales, service and genuine spares support.

Addressing the inauguration, Shailesh Hazela, CEO and Managing Director of Stellantis India, described Srinagar as a high-potential market with evolving consumer demand. He noted that the new facility aims to provide seamless access to both brands, combining Citroën’s comfort-focused mobility with Jeep’s performance-driven capability suited to the region’s terrain and weather conditions.

Dealership Principal Mohammad Anwar Khan said the integrated setup will cater to the growing aspirations of customers in Jammu and Kashmir while addressing region-specific mobility needs. He added that the partnership is expected to deliver a reliable ownership experience backed by strong service infrastructure.

The newly launched SBH has been designed as a modern, experience-led “phygital” space, blending digital interfaces with personalised in-person engagement. Customers can explore vehicles, receive expert guidance and complete purchases within a transparent and streamlined environment, supported by after-sales services.

The facility will serve not only Srinagar but also adjoining districts, including Ganderbal, Budgam, Pulwama, Anantnag, Baramulla, Bandipora, Sopore and Kupwara, improving accessibility to Stellantis offerings across the Valley.

Spread over 12,000 sq. ft., the outlet features an integrated 3S setup, a contemporary showroom, customer lounge, consultation areas and capacity to display up to five vehicles.
