Provisional Selection List Released under Mission YUVA, District Reasi

Setup of SBDU/BHDs under Mission YUVA – Issuance of provisional selection list of the candidate for contractual posts of SBDU/BHDs of District Reasi thereof.

Order No: 03 of ADDCR of 2026

Whereas, in pursuance to the communication issued from the Directorate of Employment, J&K vide No. ED/Plan/Mission YUVA/233/368-414 dated 18.07.2025, and consequent upon advertisement notice issued vide No: ADDC/Rsi/2026-27/133/12-14, Dated: 03-04-2026 against the 15 vacancies (i.e. SBDU Lead-01/ SBDU Coordinator-02/ SBDU Enterprise development expert-01/ SBDU Marketing expert-01/ BHD Lead-03/ BHD coordinator-07), 135 number of applications were received though online mode for the contractual appointment as SBDU and BHDs in district Reasi under Mission Yuva.

Whereas, these applications were received though online mode and were auto scrutinized through portal as per their merit and experience.

Whereas, the provisionally shortlisted auto scrutinized list of 63 candidates against 135 applications along with documents, auto generated through portal was forwarded to the District Selection Oversight Committee on 02-05-2026 for scrutiny of documents.

Whereas, as per the report submitted by the designated committee, 42 candidates were found provisionally qualified for getting shortlisted for interview enclosed as Annexure-A.

Whereas after getting the nod from the Said Selection Committee the interview notice was issued by Assistant Director Employment, Reasi (Member Secretary) Mission Yuva vide No. DECCR/2026-27/151-56, Dated: 05.05.2026 to the 42 provisionally securitized applicants for appearing in the interview to be held by the Interview panel on 11-05-2026.

Whereas, the said interview notice was given due publicity through print and electronic media and also was got published in the Daily leading newspapers through Information Department.

Whereas as per the given schedule the Interview was conducted by the Interview Committee at DC office Reasi in which only 25 candidates appeared in the interview process on the scheduled date and time. The list of candidates who participated in the interview on the scheduled date is enclosed as Annexure-B.

Whereas, amongst the final 25 candidates who appeared in the interview process 15 candidates were shortlisted strictly as per the merit obtained by them on the basis of qualification and interview, for their contractual appointment on SBDU/BHDs as per the availability of the post and option given by the candidate in their application forms.

Accordingly, the candidates shown in Annexure-C appended to this order hereby provisionally appointed for the temporary contractual positions of ‘SBDU/BHDs positions shown against each as per the preferences given by the candidates on the online application form, subject to the fulfilment of other terms and conditions, for a period of 11 months, extendable on the basis of performance and requirement of the department as per the guidelines/orders of the department under Mission Yuva Scheme. Further waiting list of the 08 candidates is shown in Annexure-D shall be operated as per the Mission Yuva Operational Guidelines.

This issues with the approval of District Development Commissioner, Reasi.

However, the provisionally selected candidate shall have to fulfill the following terms & conditions:-

1. The candidate shall work purely on contractual basis, subject to further verification of all original documents/experience certificates, In case of any adverse verification/findings at any time, the provisional selection shall be deemed cancelled initio without any prior notice.

2. The contractual engagement/hiring shall be governed strictly by the guidelines of Mission YUVA.

3. Performance of candidate shall be reviewed periodically. Unsatisfactory performance, misconduct, indiscipline or non-compliance shall invite the termination of contract without any prior notice.

4. The Mission Director, Mission YUVA J&K, the Chairperson Mission YUVA DC Reasi, Director Employment: J&K and the District Nodal Officer Mission YUVA Reasi (ADDC Reasi), reserves the right to terminate the contract at any stage. In case of any non- compliance of instructions, misconduct, indiscipline, and poor performance without any notice.

5. The provisionally selected candidate shall report to the District Nodal Officer, Mission YUVA (Addl. Distt. Development Commissioner), Reasi within 15 days positively from the issuance of this order, who shall further deploy the candidate to SBDU/BHDs for the allotted role and shall work under overall administrative control of DD/AD of DE&CC Reasi and shall perform all Mission YUVA related the duties/work as assigned from DE&CC Reasi

6. The candidate shall submit an affidavit on the prescribed format to Distt. Nodal Officer Mission YUVA, affirming that he/she shall not claim any right for permanent absorption in the department/government service, also affirming that he/she shall accept that the temporary engagement/hiring is liable to termination in case of poor performance, indiscipline, or misconduct and that he/she is unemployed at the time of joining the aforesaid contractual position and shall abide by all disciplinary norms/rules/orders.
