JPDCL Announces Power Shutdown in Multiple Parts | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: Power supply to several areas in Jammu and Kathua districts, as well as Kishtwar town, will remain affected on January 4 due to scheduled maintenance work, officials of the Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL) said.

According to the Chief Engineer (Distribution), JPDCL Jammu, electricity supply to Ghatti Industry, Logate Industry, IID Kathua, Nanan, Budhi, Barnoti, Nagri, Rajbagh, Channi, Marheen, Paharpur and adjoining areas will be disrupted from 10 am to 4 pm on Sunday.

In a separate shutdown, power supply to Kishtwar town and adjoining areas will remain affected on January 4 from 10 am to 3 pm.

Consumers have been advised to make alternative arrangements during the scheduled shutdown period.
