
Srinagar, May 21: The Jammu & Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) on Thursday formally announced the results of the JKCA Elections 2025 after the interim stay on declaration of results was vacated following the withdrawal of a petition before the Supreme Court of India.
As per the JKCA communication, Retired IAS officer and Electoral Officer of JKCA elections 2025, A.K. Joti declared the newly elected office bearers, with Javid Ahmed Kitab elected as President, Desh Rattan Dubey as Vice-President, Vivek Khajuria as Secretary, Wajahat Majeed Joint Secretary, Rajan Singh Treasurer, Anil Kumar Koul and Rakesh Koul as Members, Apex Council
“Pursuant to the withdrawal of the Petition by the Petitioners in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India dated 21.05.2006, and consequential vacation of the interim order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India dated 08.01.2026 in case titled Youth Cricket Club A Ors. Vs Jammu & Kashmir Cricket Clah & Anr. (Case No. WP (C) 17/2026) 1, hereby, proceed to declare the results of IKCA Elections 2026,” a JKCA communication read.
