The Jammu and Kashmir Government has constituted District Level Monitoring Committees in all districts to oversee mental health protection and prevention of suicides among students.
In an order, the General Administration Department said the committees will be headed by the Deputy Commissioner, with the Chief Education Officer, Chief Medical Officer, District Social Welfare Officer and a civil society representative as members
