Dr. Poonam Sethi Assigned Charge of Director Family Welfare, MCH & Immunization – Alfaaz – The Words

Srinagar: The Health and Medical Education Department of Jammu and Kashmir has assigned the charge of Director Family Welfare, MCH & Immunization to Dr. Poonam Sethi, In-charge Deputy Director (Schemes), Directorate of Health Services Jammu.

As per an official order, Dr. Sethi will temporarily look after the responsibilities, relieving Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad Rather, Director Coordination, New GMCs J&K, of the additional charge. The move, according to the department, has been made in the interest of administration and patient care.

The order further clarifies that the assignment is temporary in nature and subject to the outcome of any pending litigations or future legal remedies. It also specifies that the arrangement will not entitle the officer to claim preferential consideration at the time of regularization or promotion, which shall be governed strictly by existing rules.
