SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Friday expressed grief over the death of three youths who drowned in the River Jhelum River in the Hajin area of Bandipora district, describing the incident as deeply unfortunate.

In a post on X, the Chief Minister conveyed his condolences to the bereaved families and prayed for eternal peace to the departed souls.

He said he was deeply saddened by the loss of young lives in Hajin and stood in solidarity with the grieving families in this hour of immense sorrow.
