GJCL unveils trophy, hosts Shikara ride at Dal Lake

Srinagar, Aug 30: The Gulab Jewellers Cricket League (GJCL) unveiled its trophy and celebrated with a Shikara Ride ceremony on Dal Lake, with MLA Salman Ali Sagar as the chief guest at the event held at Cheshmashahi on Saturday.

As per a statement issued, the day began with the Trophy Unveiling Ceremony at Jet Ski Adventure Point, Cheshmashahi, where the glittering trophy of GJCL was revealed amidst applause and excitement. The unveiling was done by the Chief Guest, Jinab Salman Ali Sagar Sahab, adding great honour to the moment.

Following this, all team owners, several icon players, members of the management, and guests participated in a delightful shikara ride from Cheshmashahi to the historic Char Chinari, celebrating the spirit of sportsmanship and unity that GJCL stands for.

The organising committee extended heartfelt thanks to all participants and well-wishers who made the occasion memorable, marking yet another milestone in the journey of GJCL.

Meanwhile, teams partcipating in the tournament also expressed there happiness on there participation in the tournament.
