Father, Son Die in Road Mishap in North Kashmir
SRINAGAR: A father-son duo was killed in a tragic road accident at Razerwani area of Uri in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Friday.
Official sources said that the accident took place when a Tata load-carrier (JK05N-7924) collided with a dumper (JK05L-4505). The dumper driver fled from the spot soon after the mishap.
The deceased have been identified as Lateef Ahmad Ganie and his son Faizan Ahmad Ganie, residents of Garkote Uri.
Police from Uri Police Station reached the spot, registered an FIR and initiated further investigation into the case. (JKNS)
