Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Budgam Walk-in Interview For Female Hostel Superintendent

PM Shri School, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Khanpora, Budgam, Jammu & Kashmir has announced a walk-in interview for one vacant post of Hostel Superintendent (Female) on a contractual basis for the academic year 2025-26. The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 35,750.

As per the notification, applicants must have a minimum age of 35 years and a maximum of 62 years as on 1 May 2025. The role requires strong administrative and supervisory skills to manage hostel operations in a residential school environment.

The walk-in interview will be conducted on 18 August 2025 at 10:00 AM at PM Shri School, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Khanpora, Budgam. Candidates are required to bring their resume, original documents, one passport-size photograph, and self-attested copies of all relevant certificates and identification documents.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must hold a graduation degree in any discipline. A master’s degree or B.Ed, along with proficiency in the regional language, is desirable. Candidates should have either a minimum of 5 years of experience in pay level 5 or above of the 7th CPC (or equivalent) in a recognized residential school, 7 years on a consolidated pay of not less than Rs. 29,200 in a recognized residential school, or be ex-defense personnel with 5 years of experience in pay level 5 or above of the 7th CPC. Those with JNV experience require a minimum of 3 years in the role.
