The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released a notification inviting applications for five Young Professional (General) roles on a short-term contract basis at its Headquarters in New Delhi. These positions involve administrative and coordination tasks and are open to graduates with basic computer knowledge.

The SSC, operating under the Government of India, seeks to bring in fresh talent to support its office functions. Appointments are purely contractual and will not lead to permanent employment. Candidates with relevant qualifications and experience can apply by sending the prescribed form along with a Google Form submission.

Interested candidates must submit their filled application and Google Form within 14 days from the date the advertisement appears in the newspaper. Selection is based on eligibility and SSC’s discretion.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications include a graduate degree in any discipline and at least a one‑year diploma in Basic Computer Course with proficiency in MS Office.
The age limit is 21 to 35 years at the time of initial engagement. Prior working experience of six months in a Central or State government organization is desirable.
The initial remuneration is Rs. 40,000 per month, with a possible annual increase of up to 5%, not exceeding 1.25 times the initial salary if extended after one year.
