Joint Directorate of Information, Jammu: Final Seniority list

Final Seniority list of Library Assistant of the Information Department (Divisional Cadre), Jammu as it stood on 30-06-2025.

NOTIFICATION

WHEREAS, vide this office Notification bearing Endorsement No. INF/J-465-80/2025 dated 16.07.2025, a tentative seniority list of Library Assistant (Divisional Cadre), Jammu was issued;

AND WHEREAS, it was notified that, any official aggrieved with his/her position in the seniority list may represent in written to Deputy Director Information (HQ), Jammu with documentary proof within a period of 07 days from the issuance of the Tentative Seniority List;

AND WHEREAS, an objection/representation was raised by an official, namely Ms. Harpreet Kour, Library Assistant of this office with respect to her position in the tentative seniority list of Library Assistant working in Jammu Division of the Information Department.

AND WHEREAS, another objection/representation was raised by an official, namely Ms. Sakshi Malhotra, Library Assistant of this office with respect to inclusion of UGC NET and JK SET in the tentative seniority list of Library Assistant working in Jammu Division of the Information Department.

AND WHEREAS, the objections/representations so received were examined and accordingly disposed of vide this office letter no INF/J-607- 09/2025 dated 29.07.2025 and no INF/J-642-44/2025 dated 31.07.2025 respectively.

NOW THEREFORE, a Final Seniority list of Library Assistant (Divisional Cadre), Jammu as it stood on 30-06-2025 forming “Annexure-A” to this Office Notification, is hereby issued and is also available on the Departmental Website dipr.jk.gov.in for information to all concerned.

This Seniority List of Library Assistant now shall be treated as final, as it stood on 30.06.2025 and is further subject to the outcome of Writ Petitions pending, if any.
