DC Jammu given additional charge of CEO, SMVDSB

Jammu, Jul 19: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has assigned the additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board (SMVDSB) to the Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Sachin Kumar Vaishya.

Vaishya will hold the additional charge till the deputation period of incumbent CEO SMVDSB, Anshul Garg to Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie, from July 21 to August 16, 2025.

“In the interest of administration, it is hereby ordered that Sachin Kumar Vaishya, IAS (AGMUT: 2015), Deputy Commissioner, Jammu shall hold the charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, Katra, in addition to his own duties, during the period of deputation of Anshul Garg, IAS (AGMUT: 2013) to Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie (w.e.f July 21, 2025 to August 16, 2025),” read an order issued by General Administration Department (GAD) Commissioner Secretary, M Raju on behalf of the Lieutenant Governor.

LG Sinha is also the chairman of SMVDSB.
