SKUAST Jammu Jobs: In accordance with the approval of Dean FBSc vide no. AUJ/FBSc/25-26/F-96/411 dated. 26.06.2025, the applications are invited in the prescribed format, available on the university website (www.skuast.org), for the temporary position on academic arrangement basis in the Division of Statistics and Computer Science, to teach various courses for the Academic session 2025-26.

🔹 Posts: 03 (Contractual Teachers/Faculty – Statistics)
🔹 Qualification: PG in Statistics/Maths/Agri./Hort. with 55%
🔹 Desirable: Ph.D./NET/SET, AI/ML experience
🔹 Age Limit: 20 to 55 years
🔹 Salary: ₹35,000 (PG) / ₹45,000 (Ph.D.) per month

Terms and conditions for academic arrangement:
The engagement shall be purely on contract basis.
No legal right to claim regularization / appointment by absorption or otherwise against any regular post in the University.
In case of relinquishing the engagement, one-month notice is essential.
Appointment is for the first semester of session 2025-26 only.
The extension for one semester may be granted based on satisfactory performance and fund/faculty availability.
Eligible candidates shall be informed through e-mail only.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
