Jammu University Department Of Economics Hiring Field Investigators For ICSSR Project

The Department of Economics, University of Jammu, has issued an official notification inviting applications for the post of Field Investigators under an ICSSR-funded major research project. The project is titled “Determinants and Constraints of Livelihood Diversification in the Union Territory of Ladakh: A Comparative Study of Leh and Kargil Districts”.

As per Advertisement No. PGD/Eco/25/391, the position is purely temporary and part-time in nature. There are four vacancies available with a monthly remuneration of Rs. 20,000. The initial engagement is for two months and may be extended depending on performance.

Interested and eligible candidates must submit their applications along with CV and supporting documents to the Project Director within seven days from the notification date, i.e., by 26 June 2025. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
