Calls upon Admin to ensure adequate arrangements during the sacred month

Srinagar, June 15: On the beginning of Muharram-ul-Haram, Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari said that Imam-e-Aali Maqam Hazrat Hussain (RA) embodied the highest ideals of faith, justice, patience, courage, and sacrifice.
In his message, Apni Party leader said that “Imam-e-Aali Maqam Hazrat Hussain (RA) has taught us how to be righteous, kind, patient, and brave while fighting against oppression, and this occasion serves as a powerful reminder of these timeless values and teachings.”
He further said, “Muharram-ul-Haram holds great significance in human history, as Imam-e-Aali Maqam Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) showed us how to stand firm against injustice, tyranny, and oppression, even at the cost of one’s life. His great sacrifice taught us that we must raise our voice and stand against oppression.”
Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari urged the administration to ensure adequate arrangements during this month.
He said, “I urge upon the administration to ensure all necessary arrangements for its smooth observance. The administration must ensure the availability of essentials, medical facilities, and an uninterrupted supply of potable water and electricity throughout this revered month, especially in Shia-dominated areas across Jammu and Kashmir. The relevant departments should ensure proper cleanliness and sanitation measures in and around Imambaras and other significant religious places.”
