CMR Green Technologies made its debut on the stock exchanges on Wednesday, with the company’s shares listing on the bourses following a strong response to its public issue. On the listing day, BTTV’s Aastha Chopra spoke with Mohan Agarwal, CMD of CMR Green Technologies, about the company’s growth roadmap and future plans. Agarwal highlighted the increasing importance of recycled aluminium in the global sustainability drive, noting that it generates significantly lower carbon emissions than primary aluminium. He said the company remains optimistic about growth, supported by its strong presence in the automotive segment and expansion into billets, sheets and beverage can recycling. While current expansion plans are being funded through internal accruals, Agarwal said the company could tap capital markets for larger opportunities in the future. He also thanked investors for their trust and assured them of delivering on expectations.
