Jammu Kashmir Govt Issues Duty Roster for Administrative Secretaries for June 2026 | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Thursday issued the June 2026 duty roster of Administrative Secretaries who will remain available at the Civil Secretariat in Jammu, according to an official order.

The order, issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), stated that senior IAS and JKAS officers have been assigned duties on a rotational basis throughout the month.

As per the roster, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Public Works (R and B) Department, Anil Kumar Singh, IAS, and Commissioner/Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department, Prasanna Ramaswamy G, IAS, will remain available from June 1 to June 5, 2026.

Principal Secretary to the Government, Home Department, Chandraker Bharti, IAS, and Commissioner/Secretary, Science and Technology Department, Babila Rakwal, JKAS, have been deputed from June 8 to June 12, 2026.

From June 15 to June 19, 2026, Commissioner/Secretary, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Saurabh Bhagat, IAS, and Commissioner/Secretary, Floriculture, Parks and Gardens Department, Zubair Ahmad, JKAS, will be on duty.

The final roster, covering June 22 to June 26, 2026, includes Commissioner/Secretary, General Administration Department, M Raju, IAS, and Secretary to the Government, Transport Department, Avny Lavasa, IAS.
