Indian Army TGC 144 Recruitment 2026 Notification For 30 Engineering Graduate Posts
Indian Army has released the official notification for the 144th Technical Graduate Course (TGC-144) commencing in January 2027. Applications are invited from eligible unmarried male Engineering Graduates for Permanent Commission in the Indian Army.
A total of 30 vacancies have been announced under different engineering streams. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website from 13 May 2026 to 11 June 2026.

Eligibility Criteria of Indian Army TGC 144 Vacancies

| Educational Qualification | BE/B.Tech or M.Sc Computer Science in notified engineering streams from recognized institutions. |
| Final Year Candidates | Eligible if final result is declared by 01 January 2027. |

Selection Process
Selection for Indian Army TGC 144 Entry will be done through the following stages:

Training Details
Selected candidates will undergo training at Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun for approximately 12 months from January 2027 to December 2027.
After successful completion of training, candidates will be granted Permanent Commission in the rank of Lieutenant.

Important Instructions
- Only unmarried male Engineering Graduates are eligible.

- Candidates must not marry during training period.

- Candidates withdrawn from military academies on disciplinary grounds are not eligible.
