Declaration of the result/Selection List Released by GMC Srinagar

Declaration of the result/Selection of the candidate(s) as Senior Resident.

Notification No.12-EC of 2026. Dated: 02.05.2026

Whereas, the Government Medical College, Srinagar conducted a written examination (OMR MCQ Based) of the candidate(s) for selection/engagement as Senior Resident on 27.04.2026; in response to the Advertisement Notice No: 04 of 2026; Dated: 06.03.2026.

whereas, vide this office Notification No. 11-EC of 2026, Dated: 27.04.2026, the answer key(s) of the said test framed by the paper-setters were notified for information of all concerned candidates with a provision that if any candidate feels that the key to any question(s) is/are wrong, he/she can submit objection/representation on the prescribed format upto 28.04.2026 (04:00 PM) along with a sufficient documentary proof/evidence and fee of Rs. 300/- (Three Hundred); and

whereas, in response to the said notification, no representation/ objection against any question was received within the stipulated time-frame

Now, therefore, the answer keys already notified vide this office Notification No. 11-EC of 2026, dated: 27.04.2026 are hereby declared as Final and no further claim whatsoever shall henceforth be entertained in this regard;

On the basis of evaluation carried out in accordance with the FINAL ANSWER KEYS, the result of the written test held on 27.04.2026 for selection/engagement of the candidate(s) as Senior Resident is hereby notified as Annexure- “A” to this notification;

Consequent upon above and on the basis of marks obtained in the written test, the selection/waiting list is hereby notified as Annexure-“B” to this notification;

The selected candidate(s) as indicated in Annexure- “B” to this notification is/are hereby directed to report to the office of Registrar Academic, Government Medical College, Srinagar along with the following documents within seven (07) days from the date of issuance of this notification to enable
this institution to send URL, Login ID and Password to his/her respective registered mobile number(s) for submission of online forms through Employee Verification System (EVS) to the concerned
