SEC Jammu Kashmir to Review Panchayat Electoral Roll 2026 Progress on May 4 | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: The State Election Commission (SEC), Jammu and Kashmir, has convened a review meeting on May 4, 2026 (Monday) at 3:00 PM to assess procedures involved in the Revision of Panchayat Electoral Roll-2026 and review progress made so far.

According to a meeting notice issued by Surbhi Raina (JKAS), Deputy Secretary, State Election Commission, the meeting will be held through video conference from the Meeting Hall, Darul Intikhab, MA Road, Srinagar.

The notice states that Electoral Registration Officers (EROs) of all districts of Jammu and Kashmir have been asked to attend the meeting through video conferencing at the scheduled date and time. The meeting link will be shared separately.

As per the notice, the Managing Director, KPDCL, Kashmir, has been requested to ensure uninterrupted power supply during the meeting hours, while NIC JK has been asked to book the video conference slot from 3:00 PM onwards. The IT Section of the SEC has been directed to disseminate the meeting link among participating officers and officials.
