Notice Regarding Partial Modification/Supersession of Selection/Waiting List

Whereas, this office had issued Selection/Waiting List vide Office Letter No. GMCK/E-II/2026-27/90-95 dated 15.04.2026 for engagement against the posts of Technical Assistant/Technician under Academic Arrangement basis; and

Whereas, at the time of issuance of the aforesaid Selection List, one additional post was inadvertently included under Open Merit in excess of the then existing seven (07) notified posts; and

Whereas, upon subsequent verification and clarification of the applicable Reservation Roster, it has been observed that the 8th roster point falls under Other Backward Class (OBC) category and not under Open Merit; and

Whereas, it has further been reported that four (04) additional posts have presently become available, thereby making a total of five (05) posts now available for consideration including the aforesaid 8th roster point;

Now, therefore, in partial modification/supersession of this office Selection/Waiting List issued vide No. GMCK/E-II/2026-27/90-95 dated 15.04.2026, it is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that:

Important Points

The selection of the candidate shown against the 8th post under Open Merit in the previously issued Selection List is hereby withdrawn.

The 01 Waiting List candidate under Open Merit notified earlier is also hereby withdrawn, subject to revision in accordance with the roster position.

Presently, a total of five (05) posts are available and shall be filled strictly as per Reservation Roster in the following order:
