SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir administration has appointed nodal officers across all districts of Kashmir division to redress public grievances related to essential commodities and to supervise the functioning of District Control Rooms.

According to Order No. 02-DIVCOM(K) of 2026 dated April 2, 2026, issued by the Office of the Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir at Amar Niwas Complex, Tankipora, Srinagar, the designated officers will ensure proper monitoring and public accessibility for grievance redressal.

As per the order, Aadil Fareed (ADC, Srinagar) has been appointed as Nodal Officer for Srinagar and can be contacted at 9419071434, while the Srinagar Control Room numbers are 9103998355 and 9103998356.

In Baramulla, Altaf Hussain Musavi (ADC, Baramulla) has been designated as Nodal Officer with contact number 7006240038, and Control Room numbers 01952-234343 and 7006493646.

For Ganderbal district, Bilal Ahmad (AD, FCS and CA) has been appointed, with contact number 9906000225, while the Control Room can be reached at 0194-2416260 and 2416261.

The order further states that Mohammad Hussain, JKAS, Officer on Special Duty (OSD) with the Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, has been designated as the Nodal Officer at the divisional level.
