Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has released the official notification inviting applications from interested and eligible candidates for Field Operation Engineer posts. Eligibility Criteria of BEL Field Operation Engineer Vacancies

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have B.E/B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Telecommunication, Communication or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.

Age Limit: The upper age limit is 40 years as on 01 April 2026.

Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be provided as per Government guidelines. OBC candidates will get 3 years relaxation, SC/ST candidates will get 5 years relaxation and PwBD candidates will get 10 years relaxation. The maximum age limit including all relaxations shall be 50 years.

Experience Requirement: Candidates must have minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in the respective field as specified in the notification.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive an all-inclusive consolidated remuneration of Rs. 60,000 per month during the first year of engagement. The salary will increase by Rs. 5,000 every year during the contract period.

A consolidated amount of Rs. 20,000 per year will also be provided towards expenses such as medical insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges and footwear allowance.

Period of Contract

The initial period of engagement will be for three years from the date of joining. The contract may be extended for one more year based on project progress and performance of the candidate. The maximum tenure including extension will be four years.

Selection Procedure

Selection of candidates will be carried out through a Written Test followed by an Interview.

Eighty-five percent marks will be allotted for the written test and fifteen percent marks for the interview. Candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:5 based on merit in each category.

Call letters for the written test and interview will be sent through email only.

The application fee is non-refundable. Candidates should complete the payment through SBI Collect and attach the payment receipt along with the application form.
