NIT Srinagar Student Internship 2026 For Civil Engineering Students, Apply Before 7 April

National Institute of Technology (NIT) Srinagar has invited applications for a Student Internship under a Science & Engineering Research Board (SERB), Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India sponsored research project. The internship is offered in the Department of Civil Engineering for eligible final year students.

This internship provides an opportunity for Civil Engineering students to gain practical research experience in traffic safety and driver behaviour analysis. Interested candidates must submit their application through email before the deadline.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must be: Final Year B.Tech Civil Engineering Students OR Final Year M.Tech Civil Engineering Students.

Requirement: Must have First Division in qualifying degree

Desirable Qualification: Basic knowledge of Traffic Engineering

Candidates with relevant academic background will be preferred.

Internship Duration and Stipend

The internship is temporary and will end after completion of the project duration.
