Jammu Kashmir Police Head Constable, Wife Killed; Two Children Injured in Road Accident | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: In a tragic incident, a head constable of Jammu and Kashmir Police and his wife were killed, while his two children were injured in a road accident near Basti village in Bhaderwah area of Doda district of Jammu Kashmir.

Officials said that an Alto car lost control near Basti village and rolled into the river. In the incident, head constable Zulfikar Ali of JKP and his wife were killed, while their two children were also injured.

The head constable was on his way to duty when the incident happened. The children have been shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.(GNS)
