Eligibility Criteria of AAI Apprentice Vacancies

Educational Qualification

Graduate Apprentice: Full time degree in Engineering or Technology in the relevant discipline.
Diploma Apprentice: Full time diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline recognized by AICTE.
ITI Trade Apprentice: ITI or NCVT certificate in Computer Operator Programming Assistant (COPA) or Steno trade from recognized institute.

Age Limit

Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 26 years as on 31 March 2026
Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules.

Other Requirements

Only Indian nationals domiciled in Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Leh Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand are eligible.
Candidates who passed their degree or diploma in or after 2022 can apply.
Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training or have more than one year of job experience after qualification are not eligible.

Salary / Stipend

Apprentice Category	Monthly Stipend
Graduate Apprentice	15000 per month
Diploma Apprentice	12000 per month
ITI Trade Apprentice	9600 per month
