Dr Farooq prays for peace, brotherhood

Srinagar, Feb 27: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah Friday offered congregational prayers at Makkah Masjid in Bathandi. On the occasion, Dr Farooq supplicated for enduring peace, harmony, and prosperity in Jammu and Kashmir and across the nation.

He prayed for unity among the people, stability in the region, and progress coupled with justice and compassion in public life.

He also made special prayers for peace in West Asia, invoking strength, protection and restoration of their rights and dignity.
