The Office of the Accountant General (Audit), Jammu and Kashmir has issued an official notification for the engagement of Young Professionals on a project basis. The recruitment is for implementation of the project titled Data Automation and Backend Infrastructure for Audit Analytics.

Eligible and motivated candidates are invited to apply for this temporary engagement in the Data Analytics Cell of the office. The appointment is purely contractual and is meant for strengthening data-driven audit planning and monitoring.

Skill Requirements

Candidates should have proficiency in Python including Beautiful Soup, Selenium, Requests and Pandas. Knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL databases is required. Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS EC2, S3 or NIC Cloud is desirable. Familiarity with REST APIs, data integration and data validation is expected.

Nature and Duration of Engagement

The engagement will be project based and contractual in nature. The initial duration will be one year. Based on performance and office requirement, it may be extended by one more year. The total engagement period shall not exceed two years.

Remuneration

The selected Young Professionals will be paid a monthly remuneration ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000. The amount will be based on qualification and experience. Payment will be released after completion of each month based on attendance certification.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of application screening, telephone interview and final selection interview. No TA or DA will be paid for attending interviews.
