War-like stores recovered along LoC in Rajouri: Army

Jammu, Feb 20: Army on Friday recovered war-like stores during comprehensive searches in Sunderbani area along Line of Control (LOC) in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Giving update on Operation Jwala, Army officials said that further to the infiltration bid foiled in the early hours of 19 Feb 2026 at Nathua Tibba, Sunderbani along the Line of Control (LOC), troops of Crossed Sword Division under White Knight Corps conducted a comprehensive search of the area.

During searches, heavily blood-stained tracks were observed, indicating serious injuries to the terrorists.

During the search operation, war-like stores were recovered including 01 AK rifle, 02 magazines along with ammunition, 03 rucksacks, blankets, rations and clothing.

They said operation remain ongoing with heightened vigilance and firm domination of the area.
